If you cannot find the size of canvas print you are looking for please email us on
sales@canvaspicture.com and we will calculate the price for your required size.
How do I order?
Select 'Add to Cart' to add a canvas print to your shopping cart. A summary of items in your basket will then be shown. To order select 'Checkout' or to to look for more items select 'Continue Shopping'. In the Checkout section you will be asked to provide your personal details along with your credit/debit card details. Once your order has been accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified at the checkout section.
How will I hang my canvas?
All canvas artwork is fitted with a bracket, ready to hang onto a picture hook.
Why hasn't the mini shopping basket on the homepage updated with my selected items?
Depending on your PC settings, you may need to refresh the page in order for the basket to reflect your selected items.
Can I place an order and arrange for it to be sent to another address?
Yes, when entering your personal details you will get an opportunity to say whether you would like the canvas artwork sent to your own or a different delivery address.
Which credit/debit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, Solo.
You can also pay using a Paypal or Google Checkout account.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery to Mainland UK addresses is completely free.
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and Offshore UK Islands - £10 (per order)
EU - £20 (per order)
USA - £35 (per single canvas, and £5 for each additional canvas)
How long will delivery take?
Delivery to UK addresses should take a maximum of 7 working days.
Delivery to EU countries should take a maximum of 10 working days.
Delivery to the USA should take a maximum of 14 working days.
Do you sell overseas?
We currently sell to the UK, European Union (EU) countries and the United States of America (USA).
What is the depth size of the frame?
The standard frame depth is 36mm. A reduced frame depth of 25mm is also available; please select this option on the 'product description' page.
What is the difference between the 'Gallery Wrap' and 'No Wrap' options?
With 'Gallery Wrap' the image is continued on the sides of the frame; whereas, with 'No Wrap' the sides of the frame are white.

How far apart should I hang split frame canvas prints?
The distance between the frames should be double the depth of the frames, e.g. if your canvas has a frame depth of 36mm, hang each panel 72mm apart.
Will the colour I see online, match the colour of the canvas print exactly?
We aim to ensure that the colour of the pictures online are as accurate as possible. However, the colours you will see on the internet will depend on your PC and monitor colour settings. If you would like to make 100% sure of the colour of the final product, you can order a sample print on canvas for only £1.50 which will confirm the colour and texture of the artwork. How do I return an item?
To return an item, please email us explaining the reason for the return. We will review your email and instruct you accordingly.
Will my canvas be the same image I see online?
Images may vary depending on the size of canvas print ordered due to scale and proportion.
What are the terms of the agreement?

Discounts are available on bulk orders please email us for a quote. Discounts are also available for public organisations and charities.
